Warranty

Click HERE for a video of the owner explaining how the warranty works.

A three year warranty comes standard with all arcade purchases. A five year extended warranty is available during checkout. This is a full warranty that covers the cost of replacing any mechanical components that might fail during the warranty period. (This does not cover damage) Phone support and replacement parts are available for the lifetime of your new game, even after the warranty expires. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs associated with any replacement parts, even if they are under warranty.

We would like to point out that issues with the games are rare. Every machine brand new and is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to make sure it functions properly. Making sure the games function perfectly is as much for us as it is for you! It costs us money if your cabinet has issues, so we will do everything possible to avoid having any issues. That being said, we are dealing with electronics. And sometimes electronic things fail. So If that were to happen.......

If you call with a warranty issue we will first ask you a few questions. How you answer those questions will allow us to determine where the issue is located. Our cabinets only have a few major parts so diagnosing an issue is usually simple. (Major parts include a monitor, joysticks, power supply/power cord, game board, game board harness). Once we determine what the problem is , we will quickly ship you the needed parts. We will then guide you on how to swap the defective part on the phone and/or through a youtube video. The good news is that our cabinets are very simple to work on. There are no technical skills needed.

By purchasing one of our cabinets you acknowledge the requirement that you must repair it under our guidance. By purchasing one of our games and you acknowledge this agreement. We will also require you to verify in writing that you have read and understand this requirement. If, under our guidance, you attempt to fix under the game and we are unable to resolve the problem we can look into hiring a local tech using the website TaskRabbit.com which is a website that lets you hire contractors for odd jobs. We will not send a repair person until you have attempted to repair the cabinet first. (Unless of course you prefer to pay the tech upfront rather than try to repair).

In the event you are experiencing any issues with your game and would like to speak with a live technician, please call us and someone will assist you.
