Hi, I’m Bruce — the owner of Awesome Arcades. Thanks for spending some time on the site. I genuinely appreciate you being here.
If you’re this far in, it’s probably safe to assume you’re considering buying an arcade. I know there are a lot of companies selling arcade games online, and figuring out who to trust can feel overwhelming. I also understand that I’m asking you to spend a significant amount of money on a cabinet you haven’t been able to play in person. This isn’t like buying a car where you can take a test drive — it’s a big purchase, and that’s why reviews and reputation matter so much.
Most people are looking for the same things: an easy buying experience, a well-built machine, and confidence that someone will be there if questions come up later. Can you trust the company? Is the quality real? And will anyone answer the phone after the sale?
I get those concerns because I’ve been on the buying side myself. For me, reputation is everything. You’re only as good as your last review. We’ve all dealt with companies that are friendly before the sale and disappear afterward. That will never happen here. My goal is simple: make sure you’re happy with your arcade not just on day one, but years from now.
Customer service starts with access. If you call, I answer. If I miss you, I call back quickly. During business hours, tech support is available within 30 minutes if you ever need help. Questions and issues are rare, but when they happen, I make sure they’re handled.
Another thing that sets Awesome Arcades apart is how our cabinets are built. We own the factory that manufactures our cabinets, which means I control quality from start to finish. Our machines are built on an assembly line by skilled craftsmen with over 20 years of experience in woodworking and cabinetry. These aren’t garage builds and they’re not DIY kits.
Our cabinets are made from moisture-resistant melamine and precision-cut on professional CNC machines. Every cabinet is assembled, tested, and inspected before it ships. Each one is signed off internally after passing a multi-point inspection. If something isn’t right, it doesn’t ship.
Because we control the manufacturing process, we’re able to continually improve our designs based on real customer feedback. Over the years that’s led to upgrades like better sound systems, tempered glass tops, stronger hardware, more user-friendly latches, and the evolution from CRT monitors to refurbished LCDs and now to brand-new 178-degree wide viewing angle LED monitors. Just like the automotive industry, we’re always refining and improving.
That focus on quality, support, and long-term satisfaction is what Awesome Arcades is built on.
